1. Go to Tumblr.com and Login to your Tumblr Account.
2. Now Go to your desired blog and then click the Customize Settings Link.
3. Now Click on the Theme tab and Click on the Custom HTML Button
4. Now Search for the </body> tag
5. Now Paste the below JavaScript before the </body> tag

6. Now add the following code lines before {block:Posts} to show the Google +1 Share Button.
